Shipping Policy
At Vourne, we aim to provide a safe, fast, and efficient delivery experience for all customers. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and selected shipping method. Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor every stage of the delivery process. During high-demand periods or carrier-related situations, slight delays may occasionally occur.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Vourne, customer satisfaction is one of our priorities. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or different from the order placed, customers may request a replacement or refund within 15 days after receiving the order. To ensure proper review of the request, products should be returned in good condition and, whenever possible, in the original packaging. Once the request is approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
